You need...

Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is Preferred. CDK Experience Preferred The drive to become the BMW expert our clients deserve. The desire to exceed the expectations and deliver a red carpet experience to every client that comes through the door. Ability to Multitask a Must Team Player is a Necessity Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a Valid Driver's License

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $3,300-$10,000.
