We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Salesperson to join our team. You will be expected to guides customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to final paperwork. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, demonstrating features, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and explaining financing options and warranties. Success in this role relies on strong communication, customer service skills, and in-depth product knowledge

Duties

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Provide vehicle knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed and smart financial purchasing decisions. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Stay informed about vehicles, promotions, and sales to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or holidays as needed. A genuine interest in helping customers find the right products for their needs.
