We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in sales, particularly in high-end or B2B environments. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities



Engage with potential customers through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing leads. Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Maintain an organized inventory management system to track vehicle availability and sales. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and manage sales activities effectively. Upsell additional products and services that align with customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive traffic to the dealership. Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership offerings.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automobile or retail sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales techniques. Experience in B2B sales is a plus; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and financing options. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for automobiles is essential. Pay: $60,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
