We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. Duties
Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communications.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers, emphasizing high-end models and upselling opportunities.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, utilizing CRM software for tracking leads and customer interactions.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing detailed product information and tailored recommendations.
Coordinate inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and maintain accurate records of vehicle stock levels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients.
Maintain professional communication through phone etiquette, public speaking engagements, and in-person interactions.
Support dealership operations by participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management, and retail math including basic math skills necessary for pricing and calculations.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
Demonstrated ability in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and upselling techniques.
Knowledge of automotive inventory control, marketing strategies, and dealership operations is desirable.
Excellent public speaking skills and professional phone etiquette to foster trust and rapport with clients.
