AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build up your clientele! This includes making phone calls/setting appointments, and maintaining a helpful and professional relationship with customers before, during, and after a sale. Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. Assist customers with their vehicle selection based on their needs! Promote model options and features. Add value to our products, services, and financing options while adhering to the dealership policies. Maintain accurate sales documentation! Ensure that you protect any and all customer information, and obtain all of the necessary documentation required for the sale of each vehicle. Conduct vehicle test drives! Ensure all speed limits and rules of the road are followed while behind the wheel of any company or customer vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required Extreme focus on customer service Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record We do drug-screening upon hiring!
