West Branch Napa, Auto, Truck and Trailer, a family-owned local business is currently seeking a

motivated and experienced Full-time Sales/Counter/Receiving Associate

for our West Branch location. This is a key role that blends customer service with operational support. This role includes sales, inventory management and receiving responsibilities. Performing all duties efficiently and accurately with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer service and sales. Receive all merchandise, check and verify invoices, process all credits, and accurately document following company procedures. Maintain receiving records and logs for internal audits. Support warehouse functions such as inventory management, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure stock is taken to proper warehouse/main floor location. Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment. Maintain an organized inventory and help manage stock levels. Follow all policies and procedures relating to security of receiving, PPE and Safety Guidelines. Knowledge of product and locations in the store. Assist customers and direct inquiries accordingly. Other general warehouse and facility tasks. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Pass a physical and drug screen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team setting. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Individuals must regularly lift and/or move up to 110 pounds. Individuals must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb throughout the workday.
Experience in receiving is required. Knowledge of automotive and/or heavy duty truck parts, sales, inventory management and warehouse is a plus.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
