We are a independent dealer, that is customer-focused and actively growing our sales team. We sell new Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and we believe the right attitude and work ethic are far more important than previous car sales experience. If you can connect with people, learn quickly, and love the thrill of closing deals, we'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Do:

Greet and build rapport with customers on the lot and online Prospect additional customers & Brand yourself Guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features Negotiate pricing and financing options to close the sale Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Who We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic, positive, and coachable individuals Candidates who are locally based with strong community connections. Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a desire to earn six figures Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings Bilingual is a plus but not required

Experience Levels Welcome:
