Daily Responsibilities



Deal Structuring & Sales Support

- Guide salespeople through deal-making, helping them successfully close customers.

Team Leadership & Development

- Train, lead, and mentor the sales staff to maximize performance and success.

Call Management & Optimization

- Oversee sales phone calls, ensuring every salesperson is making the most effective outreach.

Customer Relations & Issue Resolution

- Address customer concerns with timely, effective solutions via CRM, phone, text, and email.

Department Oversight & Service Excellence

- Manage the sales department while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Product Expertise & Sales Strategy

- Continuously refine knowledge of vehicle offerings, optional packages, and emerging automotive technologies to serve as the dealership's authority on new and used cars.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

- Develop innovative strategies to attract new customers while strengthening relationships with existing ones.

Performance & Goal Achievement

- Consistently meet and exceed quotas and sales projections.

Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support seamless operations.

Training & Professional Development

- Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.

Cross-Department Collaboration

- Work alongside Finance Managers, Billers, and other team members to cultivate a highly efficient and positive workplace.

Qualifications needed to lead:



Strong negotiation skills with the ability to lead and train. Consistent monthly results leading in new and used car sales. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Reliable and presentable in business attire representing in a professional matter. Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time. You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic while leading. You have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You have proven experience of providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction. You have at least five successfulyears of prior sales employment in the automotive industry. You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development. Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays. You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience. You have shown stability in the job industry growing in each position you work in.
