Automotive Sales Manager

to lead our high-performing sales team. If you have a strong background in auto sales--especially with

Kia or Hyundai

--and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales department to meet and exceed dealership goals Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals Monitor and improve

Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

scores Implement processes to increase sales volume, gross profit, and customer retention Collaborate with other managers to streamline dealership operations Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive sales management experience required

Kia or Hyundai brand experience strongly preferred

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record
