Job Description

Discount Wheel and Tire, a leading provider of automotive wheels, tires, and related services in Honolulu, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, oversee the service desk, and manage tire technicians. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and coordinating service operations to deliver high-quality automotive solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Team

: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Oversee Service Desk

: Supervise service desk operations, ensuring efficient customer interactions, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.

Manage Tire Technicians

: Direct and support tire technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery, including tire installations, alignments, and repairs.

Drive Revenue Growth

: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of wheels, tires, and automotive services, both in-store and online.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Inventory Coordination

: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability aligns with sales goals and service demands.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

: Monitor sales and service performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Training and Development

: Train sales staff and technicians on product knowledge, sales techniques, service protocols, and customer service best practices.

Marketing Collaboration

: Work with the marketing team to develop promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to attract new customers.

Compliance and Safety

: Ensure all sales and service activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Experience managing service desk or technician teams is a plus.

Skills

: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage both sales and technical teams effectively. Knowledge of automotive wheels, tires, and services is highly desirable.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems. Familiarity with automotive service software is a plus.

Availability

: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Must be able to work on-site in Honolulu, HI.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
