We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-end automotive sales, B2B sales, and effective team management. Responsibilities



Lead and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets, focusing on both retail and B2B markets Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, and outbound sales to closing deals with high-end clients Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels aligned with customer demand Conduct negotiations with customers to maximize upselling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data for continuous improvement Coordinate with finance departments to present financing options and secure approvals efficiently Support internet sales efforts by managing online inquiries, social media engagement, and digital marketing campaigns Ensure adherence to dealership policies regarding public speaking, phone etiquette, and professional communication standards Provide ongoing training to staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices

Experience



Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership environment with a strong background in high-end or retail automotive sales Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, and building long-term client relationships Familiarity with inventory management systems, CRM software, and marketing tools used within the automotive industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication skills--bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Experience in public speaking or conducting presentations is desirable Knowledge of retail math, inventory control, and automotive finance processes is preferred Prior experience in internet or digital sales channels is highly advantageous

Pay: $95,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
