Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives tailored to customer needs.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Negotiate effectively to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with all leads.
Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years
of proven success in automotive sales or a related high-ticket sales environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and industry trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
