What You'll Do




Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers in a professional, energized manner Understand customers' needs and recommend the right CDJR vehicles Guide customers through the full sales process--from first contact to delivery Negotiate effectively and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction Stay knowledgeable on vehicle features, benefits, incentives, and inventory Follow up with leads and past clients to maximize every sales opportunity Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp and competitive Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For




Experienced automotive sales professionals

(CDJR experience a strong plus) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices Basic computer skills for CRM and sales transaction management Valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
