Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Apply auto paint using airless paint spraying equipment and power tools, achieving smooth, flawless finishes with attention to detail. Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, welding, and auto glass replacement to restore vehicle integrity. Conduct buffing, polishing, and detailing to enhance the vehicle's appearance and ensure a showroom-quality finish. Utilize hand tools and heavy lifting techniques safely to disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts during repair processes. Maintain thorough documentation of work performed, including auto estimating and repair reports for accurate billing and customer communication. Collaborate with the service team to assess damage, recommend repairs, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. Assist with auto restoration projects by applying advanced techniques in auto painting, auto body repair, and mechanical adjustments as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
