Counterperson Trainee

, you'll work side-by-side with experienced team members -- learning the ins and outs of parts sales, inventory management, and customer service. If you're organized, eager to learn, and passionate about cars, this is where your journey begins.

What You'll Do:

Learn to sell parts

at the counter, through the shop, and over the phone

Assist customers

in identifying and selecting the right parts with confidence and professionalism

Gain experience

managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring parts are in stock

Support order processing

by handling calls, quotes, and invoices

Keep accurate records

of transactions and special orders

Pitch in with warehouse tasks

like organizing, stocking, and maintaining a clean workspace

Grow your knowledge daily

under the guidance of experienced mentors

What You Bring:

A genuine interest in automotive parts and systems Strong communication and customer service skills Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Solid time management and organizational skills Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and priorities Experience with inventory systems is a plus -- but we'll train the right person! Must pass pre-employment background screenings
