We are seeking a skilled Automotive Metal Fabrication Technician to join our custom car team. This role involves precision metalworking, utilizing advanced machinery and tools to produce high-quality automotive components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, machining, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities
metal fab , fenders quarters, hoods and bumpers
Operate CNC laser cutting machines, and other automated fabrication equipment with precision.
Set up and operate press brake machines, stamping presses, plasma cutters, electrical discharge machining (EDM), and other fabrication tools.

Perform welding using various techniques including MIG, TIG, or arc welding to assemble components as per design requirements.
Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement verification.
Handle sheet metal and metal components safely
Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Adhere to safety protocols related to machining, welding, crane operation, and material handling.
Assist in assembly processes and ensure finished products meet quality standards through inspection.
Experience
Proven experience in metal fabrication within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and mechanical drawings with GD&T knowledge.
Hands-on experience with welding techniques including MIG, TIG, or arc welding.
Mechanical knowledge of tooling setup, machining processes, and sheet metal fabrication.
Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely; certification preferred but not required.
Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
Knowledge of quality inspection procedures using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
