We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Floor-Internet Sales Specialist to join our dealership team. This role focuses on engaging potential customers through online platforms and in-person interactions to drive high-end vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry. Responsibilities
Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, cold calling, and online lead follow-up
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to promote vehicle sales and dealership services
Conduct effective negotiations to close high-end automotive sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities
Upsell additional products, services, and accessories to maximize dealership revenue
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers
Support marketing initiatives by representing the dealership professionally at public speaking events or community outreach programs
Collaborate with sales management on inventory control, retail math, and sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist in building long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or high-value deals
Experience with CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Background in dealership operations, inventory control, or automotive marketing will be advantageous
Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking and customer engagement techniques
Prior experience in outbound sales, upselling, and retail math will support success in this role
