Key Responsibilities

Structure and secure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products to customers in a transparent, ethical manner. Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws and dealership policies. Collaborate closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Accurately complete all required paperwork and submit deals in a timely fashion.

2+ years of proven F&I management experience in a dealership environment.

Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High level of professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in dealership management software and DMS systems. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record
