We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
to oversee financial operations at Rightway in Livonia MI. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial services, customer relationship management, and dealership experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of loan processing, credit analysis, and contract management. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as TILA. Duties
Manage and develop customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
Oversee loan officer activities including loan processing, credit analysis, and title processing
Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring compliance with legal standards
Upsell additional financial products and services to meet client needs and maximize revenue
Review and process contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
Utilize financial software for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes
Perform basic math calculations accurately, including 10 key typing tasks for quick data entry
Ensure compliance with TILA regulations during all loan transactions
Assist in automobile sales by providing financing options and explaining terms to customers
Maintain detailed records of all transactions and customer interactions for audit purposes
Experience
Proven experience in financial services, dealership operations, or related fields such as loan officer roles or automobile sales
Strong background in customer service, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and deal closing within a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with credit analysis, loan processing procedures, and contract management
Experience using financial software platforms and proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data handling
Knowledge of TILA regulations and title processing procedures is highly desirable
Excellent math skills necessary for accurate calculations related to loans and credit assessments
