HHM Talent is assisting a client in Gonzales, LA search for an Automotive Finance Manager.

We are seeking an Automotive Finance Manager who will be responsible for selling financial products, work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers, and uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business. Our Finance Manager must be a strong closer with high product penetrations.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and finalize all new business contracts Close sales with potential clients in person or over the phone Process bounced or incomplete contracts promptly Generate finance income and secure lender approvals for deals Verify all cash, finance, and loan paperwork for accuracy Collect all funds at closing and ensure proper documentation Maintain strong knowledge of leasing programs and lender rates Promote and process Credit Life, Accident & Health products Verify insurance coverage and handle warranty or credit life cancellations Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations Assist with lender relations, approvals, and Sales Consultant training Participate in weekly meetings and uphold dealership sales processes Understands all current programs and rate options offered by our lenders Handles all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life cancellations Seeks bank approval on all financed and leased deal

Qualifications:

Must have Automotive F&I Manager experience (education and training is a plus) Must be eligible to work in the US Must pass pre-employment screening to include: MVR and criminal background check Operator's Driver's License (must insurable); State Insurance License

Salary:

$8,000 draw (Commission averages about $16-25k a month depending on experience, performance, gross and product penetrations)
Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $16,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
