This is an exciting opportunity for a career driven experienced automotive deal booker or someone who has proven experience in the accounting office of another industry. The ideal candidate will need to have the following:

• Automotive bookkeeping experience or accounting experience in another industry.

• Thorough understanding of accounting principles

• Detail-oriented, accurate and strong communication skills. The ability to follow up and finalize open items.

• Working knowledge of Excel

• Reliable person who cares about the quality of their work

These will be your duties:

• Verify deal costing deal documents and post to the general ledger

• Calculate sales commissions

• Audit deals for accuracy and compliance to standards

• Process floorplan payoffs and disbursements for trade lien payoffs

• Prepare bank funding packages.

_Track fundings and post to the general ledger.

• Reconciliation of various general ledger accounts.

• Prepare journal entries.

• Manage assigned accounting schedules.

• Assist with monthly financial statement close.

• post receivable payments to the general ledger.

• assist in general office of our centralized accounting office

• Full Time position. Monday through Friday.
