Pay:

$25-$38/hour + quarterly bonus

Shift:

3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Location:

Mexico, MO

About the Role:


We're seeking an experienced Automation Technician to support robotic and automated systems across production operations. This hands-on role focuses on programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation and control equipment.

Key Responsibilities:



Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, robots, and automation systems Support installation, setup, and calibration of robotic and control components Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment Work with Engineering and Operations to improve system performance Maintain repair records and update technical documentation Train production teams on automation procedures and safe operation Identify and propose automation upgrades and improvements

Qualifications:



High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certificate preferred 2+ years of experience in automation or industrial maintenance Knowledge of PLCs, electrical schematics, and automation controls Experience with Fanuc or Kawasaki robots a plus Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
