to help accelerate internal processes and increase ministry impact through AI-driven automation.

passionate about using automation and AI to serve Kingdom impact. This position reports to and is located in our Albuquerque office, this is not a remote position.





Automation roles at FCBH focus on

building and maintaining AI-driven automation workflows

using platforms such as

n8n

, integrating services and APIs to help ministry teams work smarter, faster, and with greater reach.

Responsibilities include:

Implement and maintain automation workflows to streamline processes. Integrate cloud services, APIs, and AI tools into automated pipelines. Collaborate with team leads and departments to translate process needs into solutions. Document workflow configurations and adhere to governance standards. Monitor automation performance and resolve technical issues. Contribute to continuous improvement and testing of new automation features.

Required:

Technical background in workflow automation and API integration. Hands-on experience with n8n or similar platforms (Zapier, Node-RED, Airflow). Familiarity with AI and machine-learning APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Hugging Face). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for custom workflow development. Strong documentation and communication skills. Collaborative, servant-leader mindset.


Preferred:

Two or more years of experience building automations. Background in AI integration for task automation. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
