Controls Programmer - Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced

Controls Programmer

to design, develop, and support advanced automation systems across industrial applications. This role requires strong PLC, OIT, and HMI programming skills, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to perform independent system startups while collaborating with engineering and field teams.

What You'll Do

Program, integrate, and maintain PLC, OIT, HMI, and SCADA systems Troubleshoot complex control systems and resolve equipment or process issues Perform independent system startups, testing, and commissioning Review and improve control panel drawings, I/O lists, and network diagrams Provide technical support and mentorship to team members

What You Bring

Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of PLC/HMI/OIT programming or similar automation experience Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Knowledge of I&C systems (water/wastewater experience a plus)
