Position Summary:

###

As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing automatic pool cover systems. This role requires technical ability, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, solving problems on-site, while representing CoverSafe with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance, service plans, and general repairs on automatic pool cover systems Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues Install new pool cover systems (underguide, recessed top guide, deck mount) and complete replacement fabric installations Accurately document work in our software, including parts used, notes, photos, and time logs Maintain professionalism with customers and ensure quality work that upholds our

Work collaboratively with your Service Center Leader and team, including participation in Saturday and holiday on-call rotations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working as a technician or technician's assistant, with proven ability to perform at a higher level Hands-on mechanical ability and comfort using tools Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work extended hours as needed during peak season, including participation in a Saturday/holiday on-call rotation Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the team Comfortable using or learning to use smartphones/tablets for job reporting
