Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Automatic Door Technician located in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.

The Door Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of doors including manual, automatic, and security doors.

Daily tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting door issues, ensuring doors are compliant with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

The role also requires maintaining inventory of supplies, accurately logging work performed, and collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

- Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various door types

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
