Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD operator to join our team. The primary role will be assist in custom residential home design. Experience in drafting single family detached housing a plus . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided drafting, with proficiency in various software tools.. The CAD operator will collaborate closely with designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce detailed residential construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Incorporate revisions and updates to existing drawings based on feedback from team members or clients. Ensure all designs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time for construction purposes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit are essential. Experience in residential home drafting, and construction-related projects is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and contractors A degree or certification in a relevant field such as architecture design is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
