plenty of work!

Transmission Experience is Required, but

Ford Training is not Required

experienced

Automatic

Transmission Specialist / Technician / Mechanic

that has a primary role to rebuild and replace automatic transmissions. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of tearing down and rebuilding of automatic transmissions.

We offer:

$55 - $65 Per Hour, flat rate!

Responsibilities -

Transmission Specialist / Technician / Mechanic:

Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.

Must have a complete understanding of removing, replacing, and rebuilding transmissions.

Inspect vehicle computers and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles. Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise customers on accurate vehicle use. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition. Document work performed. Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.

Qualifications/Requirements -

Transmission Specialist / Technician / Mechanic:

Automotive repair experience required

No Ford training required

Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed

Must understand the process of removing, replacing, and rebuilding transmissions.

Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or GED
