We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on Ford vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. Conduct repairs and maintenance services including engine repairs, brake replacements, transmission work, and other vehicle systems. Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures to ensure quality workmanship. Document all repairs and services accurately in the dealership's system. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and recommended services. Stay updated on the latest Ford technologies, tools, and repair techniques through ongoing training. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a must.
