$100 Bonus - 90 Days (3 Months)


$150 Bonus - 275 Days (9 Months)

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Car Wash Manager and Area Manager, the Car Wash Attendant works directly with customers is accountable for helping the company deliver on our commitment to provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Always represent the company in a professional manner Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with customers. Responsible for preparing vehicles for wash Driving vehicles into and out of the wash bay Cleaning and drying the exterior of vehicles Vacuum, clean and maintain vehicle interiors, including dashboards, consoles, carpet and car seats Clean door trims and hinges May conduct minor detailing - buffing of minor scratches and chipped paint Maintain all tools, cleaning agents, and miscellaneous equipment All other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience

Must be able to work any shift, Sunday - Saturday to support the company's business needs. Must be able to effectively communicate Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and have excellent follow through. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Adaptability, multi-tasking and sound decision-making abilities are required and essential to the success of this role

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to talk or hear. The incumbent frequently is required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel objects, tools and controls. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The incumbent may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
