Job Description
We are seeking a Service Advisor/Assistant with previous Auto Shop experience. Our shop, S7 Automotive, is busy & growing. Our business is stable, we are family owned/oriented, looking for a permanent assistant. We provide a team-spirited environment offering a five-day work schedule with health insurance partially employer-paid & other optional employee-paid insurances.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our Service Shop & grow with our company. This dynamic role requires experience with various office duties, the ability to multitask, following directions & driving to pick up parts at vendors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a strong work ethic.
Your Abilities:
Write up the customers' vehicles for Service Repair/completion. Create invoices & collect balances due. Order necessary Parts for Vehicles. Verify Parts Purchases, including invoices accounted for correctly. Obtaining parts & vehicles from various vendors. Must be able to drive any vehicle, including any with a manual transmission.Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Multi-tasking. Service shop experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Ability to work in various weather conditions.Equal Opportunity Employer
