Description of the Role:
We're looking for an
experienced, enthusiastic Service Writer / Advisor
who's passionate aboutcustomer satisfaction, performance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
Track and improve
KPIs
(sales goals, labor hours, closing rates, CSI)Educate customers on maintenance and repair recommendations
Ensure every customer leaves confident, informed, and satisfied
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a
Service Writer / Advisor
Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
is a strong plusDynamic, motivated, and hospitality-driven personality
