City Auto Memphis is currently seeking a

full-time Auto Sales Specialist

to join our team in Memphis, TN. Position is local in-store.

Pay:

This position offers a competitive compensation range of

$50,000 to $100,000+ annually

, based on performance. In addition to a flat-rate commission per vehicle sold, team members are eligible for bonuses and an annual Christmas bonus based on individual results.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR AUTO SALES SPECIALIST:

This is a full-time, in-office role. The dealership operates

Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

. Our sales team enjoys a flexible

4-day workweek

. Most shifts run

9 AM - 7 PM

, with the occasional

7 AM - 4 PM

day (typically just once a month), and while paid holidays are not included, eligible employees receive a performance-based Christmas bonus at year-end.

YOUR ROLE AS AN AUTO SALES SPECIALIST:

As an Auto Sales Specialist, you will begin each day by welcoming customers and listening closely to their vehicle needs. You will use your product knowledge and communication skills to present relevant vehicle options from our large inventory, assist with test drives, and guide customers through the buying process. You will also collaborate with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Personable attitude with a positive mindset Hungry, disciplined, and reliable work ethic Ability to listen actively and evaluate customer needs Openness to ongoing training and improvement Willingness to work collaboratively in a family-owned, evolving culture

Prior automotive sales experience is a plus.
