Compensation:

$100,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid, state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree a plus Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships' processes, financing options, and sales management A minimum of one year of experience working as a car sales representative or in related sales jobs is needed Spanish-speaking
