Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Verify documentation, prepare, and send loan contract packages to dealers and customers

Verify documentation, prepare funding file, and fund loan contracts to dealers and brokers

Communicate with dealer partners as necessary

Input customer data accurately and quickly

Make consistent and sound decisions involving verification of documents

Communicate with fellow processors and underwriters to insure consistency and compliance with all documents

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to manage high volume work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and work well with others as part of a team

Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws as they pertain to consumer lending

Good sense of urgency in dealing with time sensitive documents

Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously

Must possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills

Build lasting relationships through superior customer service

PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the Internet

High school diploma or equivalent

High energy and fast paced office environment.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
