Responsibilities:
Clean and detail interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any imperfections that need correction.
Apply protective coatings, dressings, and conditioners to vehicle surfaces.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
Move vehicles safely around the lot and service area.
Assist with lot organization and vehicle delivery preparation as needed.
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred (will train the right person).
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
