We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Apply detailing techniques to restore and enhance the appearance of vehicles. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing additional attention or repair. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment used for detailing. Assist in car wash operations as needed, including pre-wash preparations and post-detail inspections. Utilize custodial skills to keep work truck clean and orderly, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in vehicle cleaning. Knowledge of buffing methods and equipment is advantageous. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of cleanliness standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating customer vehicles. Experience with window tinting is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance service offerings.
