Responsibilities

Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for effective repairs, including MIG welding and soldering. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop repair plans based on customer needs. Execute sheet metal work and fabrication as required for specific repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with estimators regarding repair processes and timelines. Assist in auto estimating for repair costs based on damage assessments. Commision based pay.

Qualifications

Proven experience in auto body repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques and auto painting processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
