$185k - $215k Team commission pay plan

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF :

AN EXPERIENCED AUTO BODY TECH:

Structural / Frame part replacement / Frame repair (not replacement) Part repair / replacement Suspension Repairs Light Automotive mechanical Repairs Teamwork & Communication skills Maintain clean and organized environment Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures Welding knowledge & skills (steel, aluminum and spot) Frame Rack experience Ability to repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS) Ability to repair and replace vehicle suspension

Here are our non-negotiables:

Maintain a Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body/automotive/dealership industry, or relatable field Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds You must have a valid driver's license Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided)
