Job Title: Experienced Auto Body Painter (High-End Vehicles)

Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled Auto Body Painter to join our team in a brand new, high-end body shop equipped with state-of-the-art spray booths, mixing rooms, and top-tier tools. The ideal candidate has proven experience working with luxury and exotic vehicles, understands high-level paint preparation and refinishing techniques, and takes pride in delivering flawless results.

Responsibilities:

Perform full paint jobs, spot repairs, blending, and refinishing on high-end vehicles Operate professional spray booths and mixing rooms according to safety and quality standards Mix and match paint colors with accuracy using computerized systems and manual techniques Prep vehicles for painting including sanding, masking, taping, priming, and surface correction Perform high-quality basecoat, clearcoat, and multi-stage paint applications Inspect finished work to ensure a perfect finish with no runs, imperfections, or color mismatch Work closely with management and technicians to meet timelines and maintain workflow Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Handle paint materials, chemicals, and tools following proper safety protocols
Qualifications:

Prior professional auto body painting experience is required Must have hands-on experience using spray booths and paint mixing rooms Strong understanding of high-end refinishing techniques, multi-stage paints, and correction Experience painting luxury and exotic vehicles is required Ability to deliver precise, clean, and consistent finishes Skilled in color matching and blending Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Certifications are a plus but not required
