Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to meet quality standards. Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork, removing scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation for a smooth, glossy finish. Conduct car washes using appropriate tools and environmentally friendly products, ensuring vehicles are spotless inside and out. Assist with window tinting procedures when required, ensuring precise application and adherence to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies regularly. Support custodial responsibilities by ensuring the shop environment remains safe, organized, and hygienic at all times. Drive company vehicles or assist with transportation tasks as needed, adhering to all safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about vehicle care and detailing processes. Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure all work meets quality expectations and safety regulations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in car wash services or vehicle detailing is preferred; familiarity with buffing and polishing techniques is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures for automotive interiors and exteriors; experience in janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous. Ability to operate basic tools used in detailing such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning equipment safely. Basic driving skills for moving vehicles within the shop or between locations confidently and responsibly. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing techniques.
