We're hiring dedicated individuals to provide
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
to children in their homes and communities. If you're compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with children providing ABA therapy Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills Follow treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and track behavioral data to monitor progress Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent A genuine passion for helping children Patience, dependability, and a strong work ethic Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (unpaid, with bonus opportunities up to $900) Commitment to a minimum of 6 months
