Job Description

My 11-year-old is an amazing boy with autism. He is verbal but lacks social skills. Looking for someone to work with him and help him with life/socialization and therapy skills that need to be taught. He is bright, funny, loving and loyal. He's a lot of fun once he gets comfortable with you. I need you to be reliable, patient, hardworking, fast learner, good with behavior management, organized, & wanting to work long term (for at least 1 year.) You will need to have a car. I may need you to drive him to activities or to drop off or pick up from therapy. The hours are Sunday 11:00AM-7:30PM, Tuesday 4:15/4:30PM-8:00PM, and every other Thursday 4:15/4:30PM-8:00PM and every other Friday 4:15/4:30PM-8:30PM.

Experience with children with AUTISM and behavior management experience is a must. This looks great on an education, sped, speech, OT, PT, or ABA resume (I have lots of connections in these fields and have mentored many students.) $21 an hour, and we are located near Mayo Clinic on the border of Phoenix and N. Scottsdale (101 and 64th St.)
