Partner with a BCBA to apply ABA teaching procedures during 1:1 sessions.
Deliver therapy in home, school, and community environments.

Who Thrives in This Role -- Qualifications & Related Experience
We welcome candidates who are new to ABA and passionate about helping others. You might be a great fit if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
An active RBT certification - or the willingness to complete training and pass the RBT exam within 30 days of hire (we'll support you!)
A bachelor's degree (or progress toward one) in psychology, education, social work, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in any of the following fields:
+ Childcare (nanny, daycare, preschool assistant)
+ Special education or paraprofessional support roles
+ Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling
+ Mental health or behavioral health settings
+ Direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities
+ CNA, PCA, or home health care roles Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level-2 background check
A sincere interest in helping children grow and thrive
