Summary

In this vital role, you will support children with autism by implementing personalized behavioral interventions to foster development and independence. Located at our learning center, your work will directly contribute to transforming lives through compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Direct implementation individualized teaching plans Implementation of ABA therapy techniques Communicate regularly and effectively with case supervisors Complete daily progress notes using electronic records system Collect data on program implementation daily Communicate directly with parents before and after therapy sessions Assist in light cleaning of your classroom

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Associate's Degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field preferred but not required*

Willingness to complete a PAID 40-hour training program and take computer-based exam for certification, or valid RBT certificate.

Experience working with children Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility Must be able to sit, crouch, stand, and play on the floor for up to 20 minutes at a time. Must be able to successfully pass a 10-year criminal background check.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
