RiskOne HR Consulting is actively seeking an Audit Manager for one of our clients with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:
Oversees the planning, execution and completion of internal and/or external audits to ensure the accuracy, compliance and operational effectiveness of the different audits and reviews performed over the credit, financial and operational areas.
Evaluates compliance with policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and sound business practices. Exercises direct functional supervision authority of assigned staff and supervises all external resources used in the audit function.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
A minimum of 5 to 8 in a review or audit position including supervisory experience.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA). Understanding of multiple Borrower-Rights and Truth in Lending policies and procedures.
Strong analysis, judgment and communication (oral and written) and leadership skills.
Able to travel.
