Job Summary

Hearing Solutions Audiology Center is a growing hearing healthcare practice, currently seeking an Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical skills complimented with effective counseling ability and a genuine compassion for helping patients hear better. The audiologist will be treating adults primarily, using Best Practice Standards of Care.

This is a 4-day a week position which will be split between both locations. Clarksville MD and Catonsville MD.

Our center specializes in providing comprehensive audiological services, focusing on diagnostics and amplification to improve the quality of life for the patients in our community.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct thorough case history and audiological assessments to diagnose hearing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.

Recommend, fit and subsequent reprogramming of hearing aids and assistive listening devices to meet patient listening and lifestyle needs.

Educate patients and their families on hearing health, device usage, and communication strategies.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including building professional rapport with patients.

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

State licensure to practice audiology in Maryland.

3 or more years of audiology experience with strong knowledge of diagnostics and amplification technology.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $113,582.16 per year
