GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Wyoming Attorney General\'s Office is seeking an attorney to provide professional legal representation to the Department of Family Services. The representation of the Department of Family Services will include representation of the Agency in appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court; termination of parental rights cases; guardianships; contested case matters pertaining to child abuse or neglect substantiations and/or vulnerable adult neglect or abuse substantiations; subpoenas; rules and practices involving and affecting juvenile justice programs, including the Wyoming Boys\' School, Wyoming Girls\' School, State Advisory Council for Juvenile Justice, Community Juvenile Services Board, and the Interstate Compact for Juveniles. In addition, this attorney will advise the Department of Family Services on legal matters on a day-to-day basis, provide legal advice, and review administrative rules and regulations.
