We are seeking a full-time Nevada licensed attorney to join our team. You should have the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional guidance to consumers. A background and understanding of real estate and/or consumer protection law is ideal. Experience with client intake, consumer bankruptcy, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred. We are looking for someone who has 0-3 years of experience as an attorney. A Nevada license is required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide counsel to consumers relating to real estate and time-share matters.
Qualifications and Skills:

Work remotely Exceptional communication skills Sincere desire to protect consumers Ability to forge successful client relationships Motivated, accountable and adaptable Capable of handling rigorous workload Negotiate settlements with developers, management entities, collection agencies, etc. Advise clients on risks inherent in various contractual relationship
