is a Maryland consumer protection law firm representing individuals against businesses, landlords, and individuals that engage in unfair, deceptive, or illegal conduct. Our attorneys regularly handle litigation and arbitrations involving auto dealer fraud, illegal evictions, real estate and home improvement claims, and other matters.

We are seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney

to join our growing litigation and arbitration practice.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of civil litigation in Maryland State court, including: Drafting complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement demands Conducting and defending depositions Arguing motions and attending court hearings Preparing and proceeding with cases in trial/arbitration Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on strategy, discovery, and trial preparation. Participate in firm-wide initiatives, marketing efforts, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the

Maryland Bar

required. 3+ years of litigation experience (Maryland Consumer Protection Act experience is a plus, litigation experience is necessary). Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and client communication. Commitment to consumer rights, tenant protection, and fairness in business practices.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
